The Last deals with the events between Chapter 699 and 700. So yeah, the kid under Kurenai's hand IS her daughter.

Yep. However these ARE technically spoilers, as some of the characters only show up at the very end of The Last, which transition to chapter 700 (specifically Uzumaki Bolt and Uzumaki Himawari).
