It's human. It's not only STDs, but some people prefer condoms since it helps them last longer and enjoy the sensations. The person giving might also not be able to stomach swallowing cum, or might need to not have it going everywhere for easy clean up. </p><p>Question 2: You answered your own question, dick tastes as good as people will take care of themselves. Plus, sometimes it's interesting for the person giving oral to taste something different. </p><p>Question 3: People with diseases need attention too- and STDs are more common in the world than you might think.
