Nah, Hecatia's color change is too mundane to make tags for her other colors (technically palette swap). Besides, there is pool for her wearing anything but "native" orbs on head with respective recoloring.

Separate tags are for rare occasions or completely different forms of characters, such as "past self" (saigyouji_yuyuko_(living) or fujiwara_no_mokou_(young)) and "too distinctive form change" (kaenbyou_rin_(cat) or ex-keine) cases.

Looks like haemoglobin likes Hecatia in LoLK, have yet to see his Sagume, Clownpiece and Junko and he's already drawn 2 Hecatias.
