I think Hecatia is gonna beat the living hell out of Reisen and Junko is gonna interfere. That's the most dramatic route, anyways.

ZUN said Hecatia doesn't follow the rules, and in LoLK she was just fooling around.
Like the Watatsuki (and Junko or any of the lunarians), she isn't from Gensokyo and has no need for Gensokyo or its weak-protecting rules. All of them are just gracious enough to not obliterate you on the spot. Here however, Hecatia seems more serious and personally involved, so who knows what she might want to do.
