Kurata (倉田) Sana (紗菜). You can check with the furigana if it is later provided in a full release somewhere.

Google Translate reads stuff weird sometimes, 紗菜 is definitely not read "Sakura" as a name. (though who knows, maybe there might be some alternate universe where it is)

Looks like her name is 倉田紗菜 which a quick try in Google translate gives as Kurata Sakura, need confirmation on that though.

Edit: Looks like post #2041151 is her too though her design has been revised a little since then.

Are we sure this is part of his Ai Shite! Homun series? I had thought this was a stand alone work. I really like this artist's work and I really like the above doujin sample, I just wish the whole doujin was more like this page. Not a fan of the one girl surrounded by dicks set up the rest of the doujin seems to be.
