<p>Picked this picture of Serval for comment just because it exemplifies it better; has anyone else noticed/been bothered by the fact that while she's supposed to be a <a rel="external nofollow noreferrer" class="dtext-link dtext-external-link dtext-named-external-link" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serval">Serval</a>, her (cat) ears are commonly very pointy and almost always dark at the ends, traits more fitting for a <a rel="external nofollow noreferrer" class="dtext-link dtext-external-link dtext-named-external-link" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caracal">Caracal</a>?</p><p>Yes, the pattern on her clothes is <strong>definitely</strong> a Serval (spots and a few stripes) rather than a Caracal (one solid color that varies slightly across the body--save for the black ears) and the trademark 'tufts' on the ends of the ears aren't there, but it's still a little off to me.</p>
