Explaining the joke

Akashi says that you can leave any construction 工作 /kousaku/ to her.

Warspite then takes that and add 員 (member) to make 工作員 /kousakuin/ - covert operative/spy.

It's not just the standard pronunciation gag, since it's literally the same kanji this time.

If anyone can improve on the joke, feel free.
