Well to be fair, this is a what-if had Amagi followed through and through without dying during the Great Kanto Earthquake and wasn't reformatted to battleship (incidentally, Ships removed WW1 hulls to ease the grinds, including Amagi's 1923 hull). The asymmetrical legwear is probably the reference to her weird AB-XYZ turret layout

I don't know what it is but I just find this picture hilarious...

...Maybe it has something to do with the fact that it's considered a "WoWS" picture

...Or the fact that Battlecruiser Amagi figures heavily into Kantai Collection as an invisible character

...Or the fact that this picture makes no bloody reference to Akagi

...Or the fact that this is the first Battlecruiser Amagi on danbooru that actually has rigging

...Yet despite all of this IT'S STILL A BLOODY WoWS FAN-PIC!!!! XD
