If that's the case, then I think the sika_deer tag might be too specific. I just doubt people will search for it, if at all they look for reindeer or deer^^.

That's not actually a reindeer. It's the sika deer. The moonrunes even talk about Nara, which is a home for the Japanese sika deers.
