It's kind of odd. Admibro's naval base is almost just an ordinary high school/middle school setting - there are some stories that actually acknowledge there's a war on, but it's mostly slice-of-life stuff, especially the 2koma series (apart from Maru-Yu becoming the White Devil of Orel Sea...)

I meant serious medicine, but that is technically true too.

In any case, I guess we don't know how skilled Hamakaze actually is, since she theorized Akigumo is in such bad shape that any kind of normal corrective treatment is too painful for her. She could have the touch of an angel, but the only person she wants to help isn't having any of it.

Remember guys, it's called "Practicing" medicine for a reason. They're always practicing on their vict--erm, patients. It's not just Mengele, Ishii and their ilk that "practice" on live people.
