Honestly, after searching, it appears you are correct! This is probably the only piece that fits under the small breasts tag! Even the other sakawa piece lolicept did had much larger breasts! Interesting

Despite the name, this artist tends to draw more fully developed women due to a paizuri obsession. I agree though more of this would be nice!
