<p>I'm not sure whether to call this <a class="dtext-link dtext-wiki-link tag-type-0" href="/wiki_pages/depth_of_field">depth of field</a> or not. The penis (blurry) seems to be about the same distance from the viewer as the girl's crotch (not blurry) so this looks less like an attempt to replicate the effect of a camera and more like a stylistic choice to focus solely on the girl.</p>
