There may be plenty of Riesz rape art, but one artist doing a shit-ton of tentacles with Riesz was what made her stand out and become a meme. (Like 90% of Seiken Densetsu 3 art is Riesz, and Angela was the obvious honey pot of the game.) About 15 years ago, basically any random tentacle art seemed to have a 60% chance of being Riesz.
