You overestimated your worker's ability to finish the episode and booked the time space for broadcasting > episode quality needs to be lower so it can be finished on time. If it was pre-internet, the whole season would've been completed first before it even starts airing, since old hand-drawn cells needs more time to be created compared to the outsourced trace trash we're getting now.</p>
