Try these steps:

1: Ensure you have underwear on. Not briefs, underwear. And it needs to be slightly baggy.
2: Sit on any hard, flat surface.
3: Now, slide to either left or right direction without lifting your ass from the surface. If you did this right, your underwear should shift a bit.
4: Again, without lifting your ass, slide to the opposite direction you just did.

Congrats, now you have underwear sandwiched between your buttcheeks.

So simple answer to your question: it likely happened after she's sitting.
