Hm... I just remembered that she's also a chuuni who's probably preoccupied with a lot of internal conflicts most of the time. It's a wonder that she's functional at all with her thoughts being broadcast constantly but then again maybe this Satori is not that strong after all.

Going from what Mieru said at the beginning of the arc and its old fashioned personality maybe it had a run in with Reiga exterminators at some point too.

Not sure if that indicates how spiritually strong the chibis are relative to each other but it sure looks like this Satori should at least be strong enough for Nagomi to occasionally notice it smushing itself all over her face, doesn't it?

The thing is that the filters seem to keep people from seeing youkai unless they're sensitive to the phenomena - so the pull might be felt as some sort of sensation which the human mind fills in with some sort of excuse even if it feels things. In this case, she might feel some pressure, but think of it as wind rather than having a cheek pressed against her.

Monme was able to pull Youko before they stepped into the Agency and the other minor Youkai in her arc were able to interfere with her movement after she left.

Not sure if that indicates how spiritually strong the chibis are relative to each other but it sure looks like this Satori should at least be strong enough for Nagomi to occasionally notice it smushing itself all over her face, doesn't it?

Apparently they're undetectable to normals period, which explains how that guy lost his hair without noticing it was being eaten.
