I can't picture that exchange going the same if this kaga was like the canon KONO KAGA DA that's just trying to RP as amagi. parka probably wrote this stuff without that event in consideration. especially given that canon akagi is basically never the sensible one, even before she broke due to amagi's death. we'll remember amagi had to give both of them a solid whack to get them to behave, after all.

at any rate, there's also a bit loaded in how akagi's text above has [watashi wa akagi da mono] with the furigana over [akagi] being [watashi]. japanse writers and their love of that kind of doubletalk...

I guess because Akagi knows how unstable Yorktown is right now so even when confronted by Enty, she wouldn't hesitate to strike her sister down, and she doesn't want sisters to fight each other.
