The name is screwed up but it clearly references the infamous blind spot of Icicle fall -easy-. Now normal or harder versions do not have this blind spot at all and trying to abuse the blindspot only gets you a faceful of bullet.

Yep, but in Easy mode, you can stay in front of her and no bullets will hit you. That's a famous thing that is normally mention with Cirno.
