People always draw magical lands like some kind of Arcadian countryside. I think this guy has a better idea of how magic would affect urbanization: the sprawl goes 3D.

This is Super Middle School (Girls' School). They enroll up to 100th-year students, so there are even elderly people there, but you can skip grades to advance if you're young.

And he also says that there will be a high-res version (10800 pixels wide) available at C79, at Comitia on Feb. 13, in Young Jump Aoharu which comes out Feb. 24, and available for mail order via Tora no Ana and Melon Books.

Looking through this, there is a massive attention to detail.

Even if you look at the bottom floor, while kind of pixely, you can pick up people with umbrellas and that people in the background are playing badminton.

Theres also a lot of aliens.
