Agh... don't fund this. There are so many things wrong with the lore that it just... ugh. First of all, evokers wouldn't be used anymore since the incident with Death was resolved. Second, persona is a power granted by Philemon. Philemon is MIA as of Persona 2. It takes even bigger circumstances, such as in Persona 3 and 4, to trigger a persona now. For reference: Izanagi takes the span of the ENTIRE GAME (looking at a year or two at the least) to begin enveloping the world in fog. To make it clear, there are few, if any, beings in the Megami Tensei universe with as much street cred as Izanagi, seeing as the original series was entirely based on the theme of Izanagi. It would be incredibly stupid of the SEES team or the Investigation team to not notice something big like this before it hits the world in such a way...
