One issue is that over the years we have been desensitized by other vastly more adorable images and have thus grown tolerant to most of the images in the early part of this pool.

No, this is before her son is born; if you look, the stroller's empty. It’s just with them for when Kirari or Anzu need to not be carrying her.

(The kids seem pretty close in age, so it's not impossible that Anzu's already pregnant again, but there's no evidence of that; besides which, I can't imagine Anzu not milking being pregnant for all the not-working it'd be worth.)
