I also noticed a slight difference from the original: in the original, Misaka is the one posting the comment. On this one it was posted by a (real) user named Dreadhawk, who was seemingly uninvolved with uploading this.

There's no visual difference. It looks like the 0.03mb difference that threw off duplicate detection is just fluff.

For clarity, there's no amputation here - The legs are turned slightly and the lower leg is in the gap between the thighs. Probably very uncomfortable, but then it's not meant to be.

There is no visual, size or file size difference. It must be something in the attatched data about the file throwing off the md5. We've seen it happen before, there was site that went through a period of always getting tagged for md5 miss-match until the bot checking that was modified.
