All we know is that the story itself is at least 1300 years old but only because it was in the oldest known Japanese book, the Kojiki (Written by Akyuu's original incarnation Hie). The book itself is a collection of oral traditions that were around for who knows how long. In addition to the story itself probably being older than the Kojiki, keep in mind that Tewi is a character from the story, and thus has been around since whenever the story took place, not whenever the story was written and according to the Touhou wiki the story took place hundreds of thousands of years ago.

So yeah, Tewi is crazy old.

This reminds me of an argument here from another artist who made his own OC Touhou. Who was "just happened to look like Reisen" but it was his own "Rabbit Youkai". The comments was basically one big argument on whether to tag it as Reisen or not despite the artist saying its his own OC.

Yuugi is bugging out while Kasen doesn't look all that perturbed. Still, Suika is looking mighty suave so I suppose she has a big more charm to give.

I'm pretty bloody sure at least 1-2/3rd Hecatia had titanic parents in mainline greek myths, with Hekate (possibly, Historians are still hitting each other with word shivs over it) being a non greek deity adopted later on

Edit: My mistake, not all the Titans were absolute asshats that ate their children, Hyperion seems like a pretty cool guy.
