Actually I was incorrect. Shirou's Projections are weird in that apparently they aren't crushed by the Common Sense of Man, unlike normal Projections.

Shirou's Projections, both of weapons and mundane objects, are weird in that they last so long Shirou was honestly confused as to why Rin was claiming Projections generally only last a day at most.

It's implied they only get destroyed if Shirou lets them be destroyed due to his "image" of the object not being good enough.
