The reason that "special assault" is there is kinda fascinating — these are all slogans/banners associated with the bōsōzoku biker gangs, who were, according to legend, originally formed by kamikaze pilots who'd not yet taken their flights when the war ended. At loose ends and looking for the kind of thrills that flying gave them, they turned to outlaw motorcyclery.

(Their numbers were then swollen by the usual kinds of people who become bikers elsewhere, but the original iconography and ethos kinda stick.)

I find that any time the idols are gushing over the Producer, and particularly when it's the kids, it helps to picture him as the one from the anime, looking at them blankly.

Really, it's pretty clear in-universe that P is an upright person who is not going to abuse their authority and/or get their idols murdered by Mayu.
