Why the hell isn't he drowning on quartz? Even assuming he's F2P, there are very few Servants who satisfy his... huh... interests. Before Saber Astolfo the only ones he may have rolled for are Rama, D'Eon, and the prince of Lanling. Assuming he went for broke in their banners, he would still have a full year's worth of SQ.
