they showed the aftermath of her dying with unzan, they kind of skip the fight with musara too, just showing the begging and end. At first sanae didn't think too much about the dangers, but once she took out her first youkai, bullied the second, and cheated death on the third, all youkai just started to look alike.

I got the list of it. Basically the sun came up and cancel her zombie mode so there was technically a timer. I think Miko had something to do with ruining Seiga's plan by doing something, what that thing is we'll know with the transaltion. But yea Reimu got free before she could break the barrier. And then after that, she didn't care so much.
you see the flowers are called forget me not, something keine knows but doesn't want mokou to remember because it symbolizes keine's desire to be in mokou's memory when she passes on since she isn't immortal like mokou, and as the nice girl that she is, wants mokou to move on after she dies. touhou is deep.
