Against all odds and the chances of meeting at all, let alone knowing what happens next, what does Yui do? She didn't say that this whole thing was unfair, and that God is torturing her. Yui tearfully smiles at Hinata and thanks him for letting her feel what it means to be loved.
We can't always get the things we want, but that's no reason to be all angsty about it just because it's unfair.
No need to make a big deal out of it. Nor was I showing any amount angst about it.
Hard to say that given this is Danbooru, afterall. And on another note Considering he didn't Yui in the end and there is no hints of it happening, yeah it's unfair.
