Looks like there has been some changes; I can at least see that Koishi although still remains somewhat unskilled, she's now way more interested in ow-my-balls than before.
So it seems she's a "ushi-oni", meaning "cow-oni". Yuugi and Suika have a new drinking buddy.
Unfortunately, the 'oni' part is used as literal translation of 'demon' in this case, like "cow-demon" instead of cow-oni. So she isn't really an oni. :(
I'm really glad, I thought the whole place was burned down and/or many people got injured; but then later I learned that the damage wasn't actually very serious. It was amazing of French people to take care of it so fast. I'm sure they will rebuild it in no time.
I wonder how they will explain Kaban and Serval getting separated for so long that Serval forgot about her without going the stupid cat route.
Serval more or less did become a simple cat girl who only knows how to say 'Sugoi' and 'Tanoshi' like a broken record in this season...I really miss Serval who always remembered to support her friends beyond being a simple girl.
My friend, I think you are indeed a very vague observer as people are angry that this is disrespecting to Tatsuki. Kaban was an original character made by Tatsuki, you see. Kaban herself is not the main focus.
