I thought Small-Clawed Otter was left at the other part of the park. Also, which turtle is that?

It could also be Japanese Otter, since they meet her in the following chapter, but the hair coloring would still suggest Small-Clawed Otter, let's hold off judgment until we get to this point in the new episode... But I did find out who the turtle is, she's Red-Eared Slider.

Indeed. Is she speaking in Kyoto-ben or Hiroshima-ben?

Tôhoku-ben. Cursory research on my part indicated it is conventionally translated as the reddest-of-necks Southern American English, so what you see above is my humble attempt at such.

For what it's worth, the original Japanese word 生霊 (ikiryô) that Jungle Crow uses here refers specifically to apparitions of still-living people (which is why I thought it analogous to astral bodies/projections). So at least they aren't giving Serval the "dead people treatment"...

Props to whomever can make out the tiny kana in the blue bubble on the costume set flyer. Dunno if they're worth marking this partially_translated for...

I'm really having trouble with what Teto is saying in the fourth panel, here.

I don't know why that があるんだよ is there either, but I'm 99% sure she's just telling them how good chiko nuts are with a pinch of Osaka dialect.

I couldn't make out the kanji in Boss's top left bubble, so I don't know what he's talking about. I also don't know what suiriu is; possibly a fragment of some species name?

Fennec and Serval's confusion here is due to Bald Eagle using English words, but I didn't really know how to translate that, so...

So the series is still continuing?

No, this is just the cover for the print release. The whole series hadn't been uploaded on Twitter yet when Kotobuki posted this.

I hope I haven't misinterpreted Boss's "サンドスターによってフレンズ化される種の区分はしばしば曖昧で" here, but it sounds like he's invoking the "rule" that there can be only one Friend per species at a time. Otherwise I don't see how the concurrent existence of Red, Ezo and Silver Fox would be a source of puzzlement.

Also, re: Arai's third bubble in the fourth panel: 大冒険活劇 seems to be a set term in Japanese, but I couldn't find an established translation for it, hence the awkwardly literal "action drama of ... great adventure."

I also feel the bubble would best be translated like one of those long Victorian novel titles, but I couldn't think of anything I liked.
