Well, in part 3 everyone developed Stands relatively recently (compared to the start of the arc) because Dio only pulled himself out of a coffin, I thought? But obviously that never happened to Dio in this universe, and also it says on the first page that Jotaro was a Stand user from birth. So if it affected Holly at all maybe they resolved it long ago, or maybe--actually, http://danbooru.me/posts/2053272?pool_id=10133 says Holly has a Stand, too. In canon she had vines growing out of her back so maybe it's like Joseph's. In any case, she must have a hardier constitution here, even if she seemed pretty normal in the few frames she appeared in!
This Jotaro really is a bizarro version of the original.
It's hard enough imagining the original somehow fathered Jolyne, but I don't really understand how this one will ever get around to it even if women still find him scorching hot. OTOH, I'm afraid to find out how Jolyne would be in this universe. Or hell, Giorno. (Afraid, but still intrigued.) (Somehow I feel like Josuke is already weird enough, with his triggers about his hair, and his fear of turtles. Also, all the other JoJos go on a bizarre adventure, whereas Duwang is already ground zero for weirdness.)

I saw his Geass art of the female charas first and I was surprised he passed up drawing a canonical twink, but he did draw Lelouch after all and it's totally not what I was expecting. XD
