End of episode 1 plot twist: the hero joins the Demon King.

How havent we had that yet? The closest we got is _Hataage! Kemonomichi_ where the protagonist straight-up refuses the Princess' request, even physically attacking her before running away to do his own thing.

Pretty sure with the copious amount of isekai LN out there, quite a few might actually did that already. They're just less popular than the ones that play it straight.

Also it's not exactly that, but Hiiro from Konjiki no Wordmaster does refuse the king's offer from the first chapter and he does team up with a demon lord later on. Like hundreds of chapters later on. Also the demon lord is mad cute.

There's probably a part of Richelieu asking the STCN about why they had to upgun Gascogne's sister, now technically the youngest sister she suddenly has

It's just a blaster game. Who could get scared of these?

She must be really weak to horror stuff.

In Tawawa VII+α, she almost fainted when she saw Sada-chan.

The anger veins indicate it's at least partial excitement/anger. She got a perfect clear and high score, so she was hardly too terrified to play well. (Too terrified NOT to play well, perhaps.) I think the top imagine spot is what the guy was hoping the ending would be like, but she won the game while he used up all his lives.

Onii-san was so busy daydreaming about his Save the Girl fantasy that he got distracted and eaten by zombies, while Ai-chan's terror and adrenaline-fueled reflexes kept her riveted on playing the game.

I like to think that is the real Sada-chan who somehow got sucked into the game for some reason. Considering her gamer collection maybe she can portal her way through electronics.

I'll buy that. Perhaps she can only go through a television screen in the presence of someone who's watched the cursed video, but she can appear in any screen.

wait what?

It's actually in Tawawa VIII+α, but yeah. It's the omake/extra series that gets added to the compilation books. In that one it has the various main girls all talking to each other about their respective romances (except for Kouhai-chan, who seems oblivious to her own circumstances), and there's a brief spot where Sada-chan shows up to be interviewed by the others. Ai-chan pretty much faints immediately (full white eyes and foaming mouth) when she sees the ghost.

Looks to me like Ai-chan just panicked the instant the game started and shot everything on screen until it ended. One of those "terror unlocks her true potential" sort of things.

And I just spent 20 minutes tracking down a version of VII + α, to try to find it too...

Just wondering, is there any indication of that game being HotD? I mean I know the name is a parody, but the visual doesn't look familiar to me.
