create alias vapor -> steam

Despite the fact that vapor is tagged with very few posts, it seems to be an unnecessary complication -- thus the alias.

I assume it's because sometimes when tagging (and this happens to me too) that steam is not automatically the first thing that comes to mind. I've looked through all the entries in vapor and I'm confident that all of these would be considered steam also.

Problem with vapor is it could mean anything. Within the tag I saw breath, steam, fog, and even smoke.

The tag is too ambiguous to be aliased. I've tagged the appropriate visual and will be deleting vapor.

The tag alias vapor -> steam (alias #14473) has been rejected.

Seems fair enough -- thanks for cleaning that up.
