I would like to hear a bit of clarification on what these tags are actually used for. It would make sense that nippleless clothes are a specific type of breastless clothes in which there are only holes for the nipples to be seen through (as the tag's wiki states) and that the latter tag is for clothes that expose the whole breast. But for a good amount of images these two tags seem to be used interchangeably. Additionally, should cupless bra implicate breastless clothes?

I did a quick search of cupless bras, and some of them I feel would not fall under breastless, but rather nippleless. I'm thinking we probably shouldn't implicate.

Also there are times when the bikini top is cupless but there is only a cupless bra tag. I was reluctant to start a new tag but probably should have.

A nursing bra with open nipples would cause a lot of breast milk to stain the wearers clothes. So no that is not a nursing bra.
