If the skirt portion of a bikini_skirt is part of the bikini's design, its colors should probably just be tagged as *_bikini. Otherwise you're going to add a lot of unnecessary clutter to skirt bikini_under_clothes searches.

The other problem I see with bikini_skirt is that a lot of the time it gets used for what are really just frilled bikinis. I really don't want "skirts" like in post #3211536 and post #3302760 showing up in a skirt search.

Some of both are as close to waist capes as they are to actual skirts. Others are definitely skirts (particularly in the overskirt category).

At the moment the tags overskirt and showgirl skirt do not implicate skirt. However many posts get tagged with the color and type of skirt, which adds the skirt tag. Similar to topic #15742.
