create alias skyway -> skybridge

Reason: Neither is very populated, but an alias might still be appropriate because the one we don't keep would probably end up repopulated otherwise.

Skyway is unfortunately ambiguous and can refer to three things: (1) airline routes, (2) elevated roads (highways), (3) elevated corridor/bridge connecting buildings (or similar connecting within a building across an atrium). I think skybridge would be better as it is not as ambiguous and seems more obvious at a glance as to what it might be.

Reversed the request.
