Don't rightly know what to do with the dying bird's untranslated bubble, there. It specifically mentions a destination, then uses a form of kiku, "to hear/listen", that can apparently be used to mean either "to be audible" or "to have heard of by reputation". Since I haven't got a single clue who she is, where she came from, where she might be going, or why, I can't be certain which one is the artist's actual intention.
