This doesn't make sense. Three attachments moved from the rack to the floor and the forth is still hanging where it was. So apparently, she changed the one that was in use in the first picture to three other ones and then back to the first one. But I don't think that's what the artist had in mind.

I'm not sure what you mean. The wires that were switched out between pictures, were the ones pulling Satori's nipples up towards the handcuffs. Suwako seemed to want a little more involvement regarding the stimulation between pleasure and pain, with a makeshift solution, where she is the one pulling on Satori's nipples from her seat. The setup looks decently sound to me.

Ahaa, I see what you mean now. That one of the two added to the floor SHOULDN'T be on the floor and instead be in the machine, or the frilly purple one, next in line on the rack should missing too, implying it was currently in use. She's basically back to using the first unknown one from the first picture. Maybe it's the "maintenance" one, that lubes and preps the vagina for the next insertion. LOL
