I think that if the pillow [thingy] is already at the height of her thigh and if she's sitting close enough to it, it might be possible?
She's squatting, that should be twice the height from how a person's thighs can be, from the ground of course. And should be about 2 times the height that pillow thingy has too. But well, I did see people lifting their head onto pillows while asleep, never saw lifting onto a person's thighs though. That's why I had such doubts.
Well, think about it like how some people managed to hold a conversation and/or walk while asleep. And hell, apparently they may even sleep and talk while looking at the person who they are talking to [which means they sleep with the eyes open].
I don't know if I still do that. Hard to know if nobody tells you.
You mean sleeping with eyes open was possible? I thought that was just an urban legend.
I've done it just once. People have told me I was talking to them (in gibberish mainly) while sitting in a chair with my eyes open when I thought I was sleeping, so I don't remember any of it. Not common, but it happens

Yeah, that's basically it; I used to share a room with my sister in the past, and apparently I was sitting on the bed, with my eyes open, talking gibberish about porings [a monster in Ragnarok Online]. She also said my eyes were kinda red.
