Artist name: るちえ/ルチエ ("Ruchie", the artist uses the romanization "Lucie")

This artist has a very similar style to Gotou Nao, so similar that some web sites (including Danbooru, formerly) regard them as being the same person. For many years Danbooru aliased Lucie to Gotou Nao, but that is no longer the case. Rather, there is some indirect evidence that Lucie and the artist Moo were (circa 2008) junior members of Gotou Nao's circle "Galaxy's Child": see post #414878 (original filename "lu046b.jpg") and post #270178 ("muumuu003a.jpg")
