Rasenkiryuu is a web novelist/fanfic writer and the leader of his doujin circle, Kedamono Kangoku-tou.
Most of artworks on his accounts/sites are actually illustrated by Tetete, an artist of his circle. Their weird Touhou 4koma series are plotted by both of them and illustrated by Tetete. The NicoNico video version of the series are encoded by Rasenkiryuu.
