Only the head (and limbs maybe) is Yukari's. The rest is still Koishi.

It's not all that disturbing. It's just... a face, specifically just the eyes with what might be a single (bloody?) tear track and maybe the tip of an ear on the right.

Personally, I had to pull the thing into an image editor and lighten it manually. Turning up my screen to painful brightness wasn't enough.
