It may be worth noting that Ghetsis speaking in English was a reference to Viz's English version of the Special manga. Pokemore had previously taken a look at it in his little blog commentary, and for some reason, he took a liking to that particular line (in the link, he even repeats what Ghetsis says, spelling it out mostly in hiragana: まい　ねーむ　いず　ゲーチス…、ゲーチスおぶちーむぷらずま…。).
