This is the colour page and is posted by the author himself.

Unlike the text bubbles, effects usually look hand drawn by the author, so it's part of the picture.
That would be merged into the final manuscript they send to the editorial department. In which case, the publisher also don't have the clean pictures.

It's one thing that scanlators have that problem, but you'd think that official license holders would get clean pages like this to work on...
