I poked around a bit out of curiosity: Tokyo-Osaka travel time via Shinkansen is a little over two and a half hours.

Flying is quicker counting flight time alone, and can be cheaper in the off season (though not most of the time), but it's a lot less convenient. It can take quite a long time to get to the airports (plus check-in time and so on), and the schedule is much less frequent.

Air travel you'd usually plan in advance, whereas on the major rail routes (and Tokyo-Osaka is one of the biggest), you can basically turn up and buy a ticket, and there'll be a train leaving within the next ten to twenty minutes.

Time for a new adventure with Kogasa-san! I wonder what fun everyone will get into on this trip? And we get to see Yamame-san again. Hopefully Ran-san and Yuyuko-sama will be there, too.

For the poll, let's go to Nipponbashi, and get some collectibles.

And thus, the Comic Treasure 21 story starts today. The beginning starts off just like for Kōrōmu, but that's actually how it was, so I can't help it. :-)

Osaka sure is great! Full of tasty, inexpensive food!

Since I didn't have as much luggage as for Kōrōmu, I figured I'd go by bullet train, but the cost was a sticking point. The cheapness of the tour surprised me. (^^;)
