That's actually one of Koishi's attacks in Hopeless Masquerade. As her queued 8B, she will suddenly have an idea that forms the classic light bulb above her head that will physically hit her opponent.

I don't believe that Suika, Yuugi or any oni would bear a grudge against Shinmyoumaru. After all, she's centuries removed from the actions of her ancestor and didn't even know the history of the Miracle Mallet until she got suckered into Seija's plan.

Her mallet is out of power, so she's tiny and apparently helpless for a little while (暫く) until it recharges. ZUN was typically vague about how long that would take.

I don't think being a final boss has anything to do with it. Marisa is a heroine in almost every game and has all those magicks, still, Kasen's tiger did quite the damage on her arm.
