Of course Mokou would approve. It's the part where her father is about to get what he wants.

It's also the part where Kaguya almost became Mokou's stepmother, but let's forget that. It may have adorab- I mean abominable consequences.

Also, I wasn't aware there was a scene like that in an old tale.
