For me it's because I don't have any actual use for Light Carriers, and Bob's drawings are......meeeeeeeh.
I love Sendai but his other older works are....meeeeeeeh.
That and she drops rarely.

Although now, she does look better since his artwork got better.

Its either her drop rate or that her stats are just average that she gets severely overshadowed
