<p>Olga-chan ain't exactly gonna have many opportunities to spend her quartz after Fuyuki...</p><p>Personally, I only ever spend Quartz on 10-draws during events that offer someone interesting. I have over a hundred saved up right now to spam draw when Jack the Ripper or Anne Bonney and Mary Read come out.</p>

<p>I remember when I spent about ten Quartz to refill my AP for the ascension items daily quest so I could get Emiya the Archer Monuments needed to unlock his fancy new coat and Magecraft skill. In the end, I was one short.</p><p>About two days later, the Moon Goddess event gave me so many easy Archer Monuments. And I lamented the Quartz I flushed for nothing.</p><p>Moral of the story - never spend yer Quartz.</p>
