If the issue were ever reopened, I would support broadening the definition to include pictures like this where a character is demonstrated to be bisexual by showing sexual or romantic interest in both men and women, regardless of whether or not both are happening at the same time.

That's not how it works. This image is composed of multiple scenes; one scene depicts hetero activity and one depicts yuri. There is no bisexual activity in either, as both scenes have only two people. Please stop removing the yuri tag; the yuri image is separate to the others.
